Where Every Child's Journey Begins

From the very youngest in daycare through to pre-primary, each class is designed around the developmental needs of that age group — building on the last.

AGES 0–3

Daycare

Our School

A Place Built for Children

A safe, colourful, and stimulating environment in the heart of Arusha — designed to make children want to come to school every day.

Bridging Educational Gaps

Only 40% of Tanzanian children access pre-primary education. SATINO exists to change that — providing free or affordable quality education to children who would otherwise miss out entirely.

Safe & Non-Violent

Corporal punishment remains common in Tanzanian schools. At SATINO it is strictly forbidden. Every child is treated with dignity — creating an environment where they feel safe enough to truly learn.

Building Strong Foundations

Early childhood education shapes everything that follows. Children who come through SATINO consistently outperform peers who lacked access to quality pre-primary education.

Vision for the Future

From Preschool to Primary School

Our graduates currently face overcrowded classrooms and corporal punishment in public primary schools. SATINO is raising funds to build a dedicated primary school right here in Arusha — so we can follow our children through every stage of their education.

The plan is a four-phase build with a final capacity of 700 students. Phase 1 — land purchase from the local Maasai community — requires $18,000. Every donation brings us one step closer.

A School Built With

SATINO works closely with parents and the local community — regular meetings ensure transparency, address concerns, and keep families actively involved in their children's education.

Help Keep Our Doors Open

SATINO currently enrolls 58 children but has capacity for 150. The only thing limiting us is funding. Sponsor a child or make a donation and help us reach every child who needs us.
